Common questions
How is my sample taken?
You choose at checkout. An in person (venous) sample is taken by a trained healthcare professional and is the most accurate option, or you can opt for a simple at home (autodraw) sample collected yourself with no appointment.
Will this diagnose a condition?
This panel gives you and your clinician detailed, objective information to support understanding and decision making. Any diagnosis should always be made by a qualified clinician, taking your results and symptoms together.
When in my cycle should I test?
If you are still having periods, your hormone results are most accurate when your sample is taken in the first few days of your cycle, around days 2 to 5. If your cycle has stopped, you can test at any time.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your personal and health data is handled securely and only shared with the accredited testing provider in order to process your test.
