Order Your Blood Test
Our bespoke at-home Blood tests can be ordered here. They include:
Core Metabolic Health Panel
A detailed look at blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation and hormones, providing a clear metabolic and cardiovascular baseline.
Metabolic health affects far more than weight. It influences energy, long-term heart risk and how your body responds to the changes of midlife. This panel goes beyond a standard cholesterol check by adding advanced cardiovascular markers, inflammation and key hormones.
Ideal if you want to understand your metabolic and cardiovascular risk more fully, or you are making changes to your diet, weight or lifestyle and want a reliable starting point.
What it measures: Glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, Apolipoprotein A, Apolipoprotein B, hs-CRP, uric acid, liver function, DHEAs, AMH, Lipoprotein(a), Vitamin D, TSH and FT4.
Complete Health Baseline
A comprehensive baseline covering metabolic, cardiovascular, kidney, liver and nutritional markers in one panel.
You cannot measure progress without a starting point. This comprehensive panel combines metabolic and advanced cardiovascular markers with kidney and liver health and the nutrients that can affect how you feel day to day.
Ideal if you are beginning a treatment plan, want a thorough health baseline before making changes or would prefer one complete test rather than several separate ones.
What it measures: Amylase, kidney function, ferritin, active B12, Vitamin D, folate, glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, Apolipoprotein A, Apolipoprotein B, hs-CRP, uric acid, liver function and DHEAs.
3-Month Progress Review
A focused follow-up panel designed to show what has changed around three months after your baseline or treatment start.
Three months is often long enough for meaningful change to appear. This focused panel rechecks the markers most likely to move, helping you assess the effect of treatment or lifestyle changes rather than relying on guesswork.
Ideal if you have already completed a baseline test and want to track progress, or your clinician has recommended a review before adjusting your plan.
What it measures: HbA1c, glucose, kidney function, liver function, lipid profile, Apolipoprotein B, hs-CRP, ferritin, active B12, Vitamin D and folate.
PCOS Panel
A comprehensive hormone and metabolic panel for anyone investigating or monitoring Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Polycystic ovary syndrome can affect hormones and metabolism together, so checking only one side may not provide the full picture. This panel combines female sex hormones, free androgen index, thyroid, blood sugar and cholesterol markers.
Ideal if you are investigating symptoms such as irregular cycles, unwanted hair growth, acne or difficulty losing weight, or you already manage PCOS and want to monitor your progress.
What it measures: Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Luteinising Hormone, oestradiol, prolactin, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, testosterone, progesterone, Free Androgen Index, advanced thyroid panel, AMH, HbA1c, lipid profile and glucose.
Please note: This panel supports investigation and monitoring. PCOS cannot be diagnosed from blood results alone and should be assessed by a qualified clinician.
