Dr Fionnuala Barton MBBS BSc MRCGP
Founder, The Menopause Medic
I'm Dr Fionnuala, a GP and British Menopause Society accredited specialist in women's hormonal health. I founded The Menopause Medic because too many women spend years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms are "just stress." They're not.
Perimenopause and menopause deserve proper clinical attention — and so do you. Through my private practice, I offer thorough, evidence-based consultations covering HRT, testosterone therapy, diagnostic testing, and medical weight loss support, all tailored to where you are in life and what you actually need.
This work is personal as well as professional. I've lived through the symptoms I treat, and I know how isolating they can feel. My promise is simple: you'll be heard, taken seriously, and given the time and information to make decisions that genuinely fit your life.
